In 2004, Stephen Willoughby began his Real Estate career as a new home sales Realtor. Stephen worked to assist hundreds of families on site with their new construction homes. Stephen was available to consult each family with each stage of the construction process. Whether it was financing, lot location, design and closing preparation, Stephen was only a phone call away. After his first year in the business, Stephen quickly climbed to the number one new homes sales agent in the entire company.

Throughout the years, Stephen has worked hands on with the construction of single family homes, townhomes, and the build out of several commercial spaces. His passion for real estate development drives him daily. Stephen is the first person on site and the last person to leave the construction site if necessary. He truly enjoys the construction process, and he wants to make sure that each home he develops is a timeless quality custom home.
